Succulent plant #189

Daily painting #189. 6"x6" oil on primed canvas panel

A while ago I raided my mum's garden, taking some beautiful grey green succulent plants to put in some glass jars on my veranda. I love the subtle grey and green tones in the leaves. I have no idea what these plants are called they are similar to a common rock rose but the leaves are not as firm and fat. They are now starting to root in the glass jars and I really should find the time to plant them out into the garden....only problem is my dogs would have them uprooted and chewed up within a day!
